Assignment Capsule

The position is responsible for developing and launching a structured change management methodology and implementation strategy to accelerate strategic corporate initiatives and related organizational transformation activities across the company. In addition to the development and delivery of a change management methodology and implementation strategy, this role will be responsible for leading the creation of the tools, activities and resources to help build both individual and organizational capabilities and competencies for leading, managing and sustaining change.

Role Responsibilities:

? Accelerating organizational priority initiatives in our businesses through appropriate strategies, interventions, and change management solutions.


  • Collaborates with appropriate business and corporate functional leaders to ensure business participation and ownership of change management implementation, interventions and sustainability.
  • Identify the barriers and potential points of resistance to change. Develop strategies to reduce the resistance and address uncertainty surrounding the change to foster positive acceptance.
  • Provide change execution skill / knowledge transfer across strategic corporate initiatives to build capability across the organization.
  • Partner with HR Communications to develop a common communication implementation strategy to ensure consistency and effectiveness in change-related communications across the organization.
  • Design specific interventions / solutions intended to move employees up commitment curve.
  • Enable the successful execution and realization of key strategic corporate initiatives by building clarity, alignment and commitment.

Qualifications:
Role Essentials
  • Bachelor?s degree in Organizational Development, Behavioral Sciences or Business required.
  • 5? 10 years progressive experience in change management or organization design consulting on large scale strategic initiatives in Fortune 500 companies. Ability to establish oneself as subject matter expert in change management.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Application of sound business analytics and behavioral science to organizational opportunities.
  • Possess strong diagnosis and analytical skills in order to effectively assess organizational effectiveness/performance.
  • Demonstrates strong consultative, relationship building, interpersonal and influencing skills in dealing with all levels of management; must be able to quickly establish credibility.
  • Experience working across company boundaries; functions well in ambiguous and complex environment.
  • Ability to work i n a fast paced, intense, complex organization on multiple strategic initiatives with a clear focus on execution and results

Role Desirables


  • Master?s Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources and/or Business preferred.

Reporting Relationships

You will report to a Human Resources Vice President. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Human Resources Officer.
